HairHabits.in – Return & Refund Policy

We at Hair Habits aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following terms:

1. Return window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage won’t qualify.
• Contact form proof/purchase invoice must be submitted.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@hairhabits.in (or the contact email listed on site).

  2. Provide order number, product name, photos (if damaged).

  3. Once approved, ship the product back at your cost.

4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless otherwise approved due to product defect.

6. Exceptions
• Customized products (if any) cannot be returned.
